My name is Tyler Boegler and I started playing the piano when I was seven years old. I grew up in Utah, and studied classical piano at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. I have been teaching this instrument for 15 years, and the violin and viola for 4 years. When I’m not teaching, accompaning, or tuning pianos, I’m probably cooking something delicious in the kitchen or at the library looking for a good book. Music has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy every chance I have to share my love of music with others, especially new musicians. I have been teaching piano lessons since my senior year of high school. Most of my teaching experience is in beginning piano lessons. Never settle for less! When it comes to music lessons Laurie Noelke has over 17 years experience. For Laurie it is more than just picking up an instrument and trying to see if you can learn it. It’s a process of enjoying music, the instrument and the pleasure it can bring to your life.
2016 will be my eighth year teaching middle school band at West Salem School District. My have a background in wind instruments, mainly brass, as “my instrument” in high school and college was Tuba. I will be teaching Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, Baritone / Euphonium, and Tuba.
